Ritchie Built officially began in 2026, but it was shaped long before that through years of working on jobsites, managing projects, and learning what separates an average builder from a great one.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged: too many builders were missing the mark — not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked the communication, organization, and intentionality that clients deserve. The gap between what clients were promised and what they actually experienced was wide, avoidable, and unacceptable.
Ritchie Built was founded to close that gap. To create the kind of company worth hiring: honest, highly involved, detail-oriented, and fully committed to quality — not just in the finished product, but in every step of the process that leads there.
